The Inside Sales Specialist plays a vital part in Allied Vision Sales Team. By supporting our Americas Sales team, customers, and partners through superior customer service, the Inside Sales Specialist ensures our Sales cycle flows. We are looking to hire an Inside Sales Specialist to work in our Exton, Pennsylvania location.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • You ensure all incoming customer requests are handled promptly and professionally
  • You provide sales/administrative support to the Manager, Inside Sales and Americas Sales Team
  • You maintain a strong discipline of ensuring all leads, touchpoints/activities, and sales information are accurately documented and constantly maintained in Salesforce CRM
  • You create new accounts, generate quotations, and maintain information in our ERP system
  • You submit purchase orders and necessary order information to the order fulfillment team
  • You prequalify and distribute incoming leads to the appropriate Regional Sales Manager
  • You engage, develop, and maintain relationships with Allied Vision distributors
  • You manage small to mid-level accounts, acting as the primary contact for all account needs
  • You follow and analyze business and market trends to identity new potential opportunities

Minimum Skills & Abilities

  • You have superior interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Minimum Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • Experience in inside sales, sales support, and/or customer service role
  • Prior experience with Salesforce strongly preferred
  • Previous experience with an international B2B company that followed a direct sales and distributor model – considered a strong plus.
