We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Product Manager to lead our innovative product portfolio's strategic development and lifecycle management.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Lifecycle Management
· Define the product roadmap in alignment with market needs, company goals, and technological advancements.
· Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept development and market launch to product phase-out.
· Identify market opportunities and define product requirements through customer feedback, competitor analysis, and market research.
Market and Customer Engagement
· Act as the voice of the customer by gathering insights from end-users, partners, and sales teams.
· Develop a deep understanding of customer applications for industrial cameras, smart code readers, and 3D laser profilers.
· Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams
· Partner with R&D and engineering teams to define product specifications and prioritize development efforts.
· Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure product availability and quality standards.
· Support technical teams in conducting feasibility studies and providing solutions to customer challenges.
Sales Enablement and Support
· Provide training and tools to sales teams to effectively promote and sell the product portfolio.
· Create and maintain product documentation, including datasheets, user manuals, and FAQs.
· Serve as a subject matter expert during key customer interactions and events.
Monitoring and Reporting
· Monitor key product performance metrics and implement strategies to drive profitability and market share.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to continuously improve product offerings.

Minimum Education & Experience
Educational Background
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional Experience
· 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in machine vision, industrial automation, or related industry.
· Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· Experience with industrial cameras, vision systems, or similar technical products is highly desirabl
