Rainbow Robotics is a professional Robot manufacturing company in Korea.
We have been manufacturing collaborative robots, humanoids, quadrupedal machines, automated guided vehicles, and restaurant serving robots since 2011.
In April, Rainbow Robotics established a sales and tech center in Schaumburg, Illinois, USA.
Additionally, there is an urgent need for a technical support engineer to manage the collaborative robot across the US and Canada.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Instruct Integrators or customers in Programming, on how to set up and recover.
Provide technical phone support to customers remotely by diagnosing and resolving any issues they may be experiencing.
Repair the hardware and upgrade the software of collaborative robots.
Reports problems and solutions to the Head Office to improve the quality.
Participation in HQ training is mandatory for a duration of 2-3 months in Korea.
Minimum Skills & Abilities
Mechanical – Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses repair, and maintenance.
Engineering and Technology – Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology.
Computers and Electronics – Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, hardware, and software, including applications and programming.
Customer and Personal Service – Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
English required (bilingual Korean speakers are preferred)
Minimum Education & Experience
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, and other related fields.
At least 2 to 3 years of relevant job experience (Industrial Robots, Collaborative Robots, Factory Automation).Back to All Careers
