Customer Support Engineer

Qualified candidates must be proficient with installation, setup, training and ongoing support of adhesive dispensing and sealant hardware and software products within automotive manufacturing customer environments (onsite and/or remote access). Also responsible to bring critical customer feedback to the application engineering, sales and marketing and product development teams to make improvements where possible. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience. Must have Mechanical and electrical knowledge, excellent customer relation skills, Microsoft Word/ Excel/PowerPoint, Pro-Active, Solidworks, ability to read blueprints and willing and able to travel internationally. Must be flexible with short notice travel, proactive and self-motivated, Associates level degree or equivalent in electronics, willingness to work extra effort, and okay with 50+% of time traveling (domestic and international travel) – no more than 2 weeks away at a time, for international travel.
Minimum Skills & Abilities
Desired Skills/Experience: Robotics, PLC Programming, Coding, Dispensing Materials. Machine Vision, project management, customer service, technical writing, knows dispensing equipment, military experience, positive and confident personality. NOTE: Japanese language skills desired but not necessary.
Minimum Education & Experience
