Frequent travel is expected for this position.


Primary responsibility is to represent Eagle Technologies in a professional manner while servicing/repairing lines built by Eagle.


Major Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Provide customer service.
  2. Ability to occasionally travel on short notice.
  3. Provide technical assistance for both Warranty and Service when needed.
  4. Work with manufacturing in various departments when not on service calls.
  5. Building small projects.
  6. Assisting with machine teardowns and installations.
  7. Communicate with customer, CSG team and management.
  8. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Skills & Abilities

  1. Strong Mechanical Skills
  2. Troubleshooting electrical components, wire diagrams and electrical systems.
  3. Pneumatic systems and component knowledge.
  4. Hydraulic systems and component knowledge.
  5. Must be able to work alone and with a team.
  6. A broad knowledge of machinery, equipment, and manufacturing processes.  

Minimum Education & Experience

  • High school diploma.
  • 4-year training program, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years’ experience minimum.   
  • PLC programming would be a plus.
