We’re searching for a highly skilled Project Management Coordinator support the Project Management team and contribute to Radiant’s growth. We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to take the lead of our projects and provide day-to-day oversight of administrative and operational functions in order to achieve project sustainability and success in accordance with defined target, strategies and goals.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the project management team by monitoring day to day project activities and progress
  • Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget
  • Liaise with management and clients to identify and define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope and schedule
  • Ensure project history and deliverables are up to date within project folders to maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates
  • Juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Support the project team by being the point of contact for administrative support requests including but not limited to part number creation, purchase order requests, and materials tracking
  • Manage fixed asset pool and tracking
  • Manage pre-release demo system request process
  • Point contact for NDA review process
  • Champion company’s project management goals internally
  • Identify areas of opportunity for process improvement with a focus on efficiency

Minimum Skills & Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 - 2 Years' relevant work experience desired but will consider entry level for the right candidate
  • Highly organized with an ability to efficiently work on numerous projects and tasks simultaneously, while maintaining the capability of learning new concepts and systems quickly
  • Clear understanding of project management methodologies and terms
  • Ability to handle both formal and informal business environments while keeping a level head and thinking wisely in high-pressure situations with the ability to recognize when to escalate
  • Capable of forging great business relationships, through effective problem-solving and communication skills
  • Good at keeping team members on task and in check, with a strong desire and proven ability at delivering the most effective work outcomes while meeting deadlines/targets
  • Ability to keep a level head and think wisely in a high-pressure situations
  • Passionate and driven to achieve excellence in role
  • Ability to learn new concepts and systems quickly
  • Comfortable presenting ideas to customers and all levels of management 
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Microsoft Project is a plus
  • General understanding of engineering concepts such as programming and optics is a plus
