The Talent Manager is responsible for overseeing Talent Acquisition for the organization with regards to sourcing, creating new and creative recruiting techniques, monitoring labor market and industry trends and competitor information to ensure our recruiting practices are successful, cost-effective, and competitive.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and execute on a recruitment strategy and roadmap based upon a holistic company hiring plan by mastering knowledge of our technology and company attributes.
  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process. Maintain all talent requirements for the organization, including knowledge on candidate qualifications and prioritize all work associated with supporting recruitment efforts.
  • Engage with The Director of Human Resources and Hiring Managers to understand business focused profiles and key openings and requirements.
  • Supervise all candidates and monitor all interviews, maintain appropriate recruitment status reports and analyze all metrics and implementation of recruitment strategies.
  • Design talent acquisition strategies and recruiting campaigns to attract diverse candidates, support growth and expansion, and build Radiant’s talent pipeline.
  • Lead, manage and develop recruitment knowledge and efforts of the HR Department, ensuring skills and capabilities reflect industry excellence and best practices.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers to ensure recruiting expectations are met or exceeded and are aligned with Radiant’s strategic priorities.
  • Ensure recruiting methods and practices are efficient and scalable, resulting in high client and candidate satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver tools and training to ensure Radiant hiring managers understand and are effective users of best practices in candidate interviewing and evaluation.
  • Manage approval of employment offers in accordance with policies, procedures and within established approval thresholds.
  • Model Radiant’s values and ensure they are integrated in the recruiting and selection process.
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with key candidates and specific talent sets, defined according to long-term initiatives and direction of the organization and client businesses.
  • Manage Radiant’s Talent Brand and strategy.
  • Identify key marketing strategies that cast a broad-net but also target niche talent specific to our Engineering organization
  • Build-out and manage college recruitment program to support alignment to hire the best and brightest for our entry level opportunities.
  • Maintain all job descriptions and quality for same, as well as design various potential employee retention for assigned area and provide support to all recruitment processes.
  • Lead constant improvement initiatives by continuously measuring and evaluating onboarding and talent acquisition programs and processes.
  • Design talent acquisition strategies and recruiting campaigns to attract diverse candidates, support growth and expansion, and build Radiant’s talent pipeline.
  • Provide support to the Director of HR & Talent Management in all employee engagement activities and programs.

Minimum Skills & Abilities

  • Experience and desire to promote employee engagement to help attract and retain our employees.
  • Ability to develop as a strong people manager.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing Talent Acquisition best practices.
  • Deep passion and expertise in building a sourcing strategy for positions that include building lead lists and sourcing passive candidates.
  • Understanding of behavioral interviewing and competency or attribute assessment.
  • Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates.
  • Ensure recruiting methods and practices are efficient and scalable, resulting in high client and candidate satisfaction.
  • Hands-on experience implementing learning and development programs helpful.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS and performance management systems.
  • Experience building partnerships and programs to improve branding and build talent pipelines.
  • Experience in Workforce Planning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills to create, measure, and scale program metrics.
  • Excellent change management skills.
  • Resourceful, driven and self-motivated.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication including the ability to craft compelling recruiting messaging.
  • Excellent organization and strong follow-up capability.
  • Local candidates preferred.

Minimum Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, or commensurate education and experience in a related field.
  • 7+ years’ progressive full cycle recruitment experience, with at least 5+ years of engineering recruiting experience for core tech and operational roles in technology or complimentary industry.
