The Role:

RIOS is seeking a Technical Recruiter to fulfill the critical role of identifying and recruiting exceptional talent. Hiring world-class talent is a top priority at RIOS, as people are the lifeblood of the company. It is extremely critical for us to hire talent with strong intellectual horsepower who can deliver above the bar to maintain our momentum and strategic advantage.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Source talent, evaluate their technical skill set, and match it to opportunities within RIOS 
  • Evaluate whether their motivations, interests, and values align with RIOS
  • Screen the organic pipeline of candidates by reviewing resumes, and performing phone screenings
  • Strategically utilize Linkedin and other online talent pool sources, and be proactive about engaging passive candidates
  • Be creative and explore alternative sourcing channels
  • Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
  • Stay abreast of recruiting best practices, market trends, robotics industry, and competitors

Minimum Education & Experience

Attributes of desired candidates include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Technical Recruiting
  • You have an in-depth understanding of the psychology and strategies to hire top talent
  • Experience sourcing talent in the robotics, AI and automation spaces
