As we expand our operations in North America, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the region. 

As the Sales Manager for North America in our Robotics Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market expansion in the region. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing a regional sales team, and cultivating strong relationships with our own DENSO Affiliates, key customers and partners. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and drive the successful conversion of leads into sales. 
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential areas for growth. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, Global DENSO Affiliates and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. 
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, regular reports, and market intelligence to senior management. 
  • Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and market trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.



  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, technical business or a related field required.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the Robotics, Automation or Technology industry.
  • Deep understanding of the robotics industry landscape, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships and providing outstanding customer experiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and market insights to drive informed decision-making.

Annual Salary: $111,900-$140,000

DENSO offers a wide range of compact, high-speed, 4-axis SCARA and 5- and 6-axis articulated robots for payloads up to 20 kg, with reaches from 350 to 1,300 mm and repeatability to within ±0.015 mm. Standard, dust- and mistproof (IP 65), dust- and waterproof (IP 67), cleanroom (ISO 3 and ISO 5) and aseptic models are available. Easy-to-use programming software, controllers, and teaching pendants are also offered. ANSI and CE compliance enables global deployment. UL-listed models are available for both the US and Canada.
