As the Sales Manager for North America in our Robotics Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market expansion in the region. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing a regional sales team, and cultivating strong relationships with our own DENSO Affiliates, key customers and partners. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and drive the successful conversion of leads into sales.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential areas for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, Global DENSO Affiliates and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, regular reports, and market intelligence to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and market trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, technical business or a related field required.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the Robotics, Automation or Technology industry.
- Deep understanding of the robotics industry landscape, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to deliver exceptional results.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships and providing outstanding customer experiences.
