For a case erector robot feeding erected cardboard boxes out of the robot cell, the outfeed conveyor opening is large enough for an person to climb through into the cell. What are the guarding requirements to prevent intentional access through the outfeed? Citing an standard requirements would be helpful.

Light curtains with muting to allow the passage of the product would be the proper way to guard against unwanted entry into the robot system. However, If the opening is 36" or higher from the floor and you want to consider entering the system through the system a "willful violation" and wish to take a chance, you could possibly use a tunnel guard.
